Product Overview

The oil-water separator comes in three models: OS-1000 | OS-2000 | OS-5000, each with different flow processing capabilities, and customization is available. The oil-water separator can separate oil particles of any size through a recycling process, effectively removing floating oil, suspended oil, and oil-containing water from industrial fluids. For oil particles larger than 20μm, the removal rate in one go is greater than 99%;Oil-water separator is widely used in industrial drainage, circulating water, oil separation tank, oil removal pretreatment in water treatment, cleaning liquid oil removal treatment, etc. The overall separation design complies with the API (American Petroleum Institute) specifications for oil-water separation. The inlet and discharge structures designed by fluid mechanics can maximize the efficiency of oil liquid separation, using the minimum volume and floor space to achieve stable and excellent oil removal effect. The bottom V-type discharge design can intercept and remove more than 95% of the debris in front of the separation box, adapting to the complex industrial discharge environment
