Model: MS-500 V3
Flow rate: 1150L/H
Power source:compressed air3-4Bar
Filtering method:Mesh filtration and magnetic filtration
Processing method: Coalescence and separation
Mobile performance:The MS-500 can be moved to the site liquid tank,
allowing for coolant processing without stopping the processing equipment.
Capacity: One MS-500 manages around 50 tanks, each about 200L.
The MS-500 Cutting Fluid Purifier utilizes a purely physical process to efficiently purify used cutting fluid. Itscore purification system features three stages:
Front-End Dual Filtration (Magnetic + Mesh): Aggressively removes metal fines and solidcontaminants.
Mid-Process Oil Separation: Effectively separates tramp oils.
Rear-End Disinfection & Deodorization (UV + Ozone): Powerfully controls bacteria and eliminates odors.
Post-treatment, the cutting fluid's performance parameters match those of new fluid, significantly extending its service life by up to 3-6 times. This dramatically reduces consumption of new fluid concentrate and waste fluid generation.
The equipment operates consumable-free and is compressed air-driven, offering advantages of high-efficiency processing, simplicity of use, and portable design. A single unit is recommended for managing approximately fifty (50) fluid sumps, each with a capacity of 100 liters.
Through periodic processing cycles (typically every 3-7 days per sump in spring/summer and every 7-15 days per sump in autumn/winter), the MS-500 continuously maintains clean cutting fluid throughout the workshop. This effectively stabilizes machining quality, reduces tool wear, minimizes maintenance requirements and equipment downtime, providing robust support for on-site cutting fluid management.
