This device can utilize advanced coalescence separation technology, combined with multi-stage filtration, co-polymeric flotation, fluid cutting, and other technical means, to achieve a multiphase (water, particulate matter, oil) coalescence phase change of cutting fluid waste under the effects of hydrodynamic cutting and high-low pressure instantaneous conversion, fundamentally solving the problem of effective separation of multiphase aggregates and complex aggregates that traditional technologies cannot address. At the same time, it uses pure physical methods for sterilization and deodorization, cleans the sediment in industrial machine tool liquid tanks, and can handle dry, wet, and mixed treatment, ultimately achieving resource recycling of cutting fluids, with oil removal efficiency greater than 99%; the treated cutting fluid can be directly returned to the on-site liquid tank.
